Passionate by House & Techno since his childhood, Albanø has started mixing in 2008. Involved with several local crews in his home town of Saint-Etienne (France), he then created his own party concept Bisous alongside with Oliver Wood & Mood Gorning. These parties quickly got a solid reputation, with a national echo in medias. Season resident DJ for famous entertainment group La Folie Douce, Albanø is a skilled DJ assuming his love for a wide range of electronic music, but when he’s in the studio, he shows up other intentions. After opening his discography on Italian label Atum, he worked hard with his studio mates Moog Gorning & Bloody Shelby (now known as Pontias) to give more consistance to his productions. Since a few years, he’s found a smart balance between House & Melodic Techno, taking inspirations deep from his heart to add personal emotions to his natural taste for dancing music. His tortured textures and solid grooves have already caught many top labels’ attention (Bar25, Time Has Changed, Radikon, Dear Deer, Récits de Mars) before he joins famous French festival Family Piknik artists crew in 2019. Releasing his first solo EP ‘Odace’ on Family Piknik Music allowed him to showcase his unique sound trademark to a larger audience. Early October, his track ‘Syntagma’ opens up a new compilation on Several Definition’s label Recits de Mars, along with international promising newcomers. One more step in Albanø’s musical trip and an other opportunity to share his unique musicality with a worldwide audience.
